Meeting the specialist, Isik Tlabar

Isik Talbar, Intuitive Guide's coach based in London.

Our meeting was really productive and full of concepts.

From my first question wether emotions can effect our physical body, the answer was straightforward a ... yes of course!

We are our emotions, our thoughts and certainly emotions affect our way of living, our physical body and our health.

We have touched the topic how traumatic events affect emotions considering historical events and how people from a dramatic moment in the history, in that case the Holocaust, hosted emotional and psychological difficulties after the liberation. Their Inability to mourn or to acknowledge their own suffering led them to exhibit a variety of symptoms studied by psychiatrists.

Having touched extreme examples we can easily go into the actual society, in our daily life.

Angry outbursts may last only a few minutes, but they can cause surges in blood pressure and heart rate, raising the risk of heart attack by 19 per cent, concludes a study at University College, London. Subtle forms of anger, such as impatience, irritability and grouchiness, damage health, too. In opposition and more happy thoughts were about love, and happiness and forgiveness which...apparently....is a key to be happy.

30 minutes with Isik were sufficient enough to start this path in the invisible world of emotions...
